What that means in plain English terms is that I have extensive training in real estate related matters that can mean I work smarter and better for you! In fact less than 15% of all Realtors® acquire this designation. To receive my GRI, I had to complete over 100 hours of classroom education and pass 3 exams!

    “SFR“ or Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource is a certification that gave me the tools necessary for the new “traditional” real estate transaction. Knowing how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities are not merely good skills to have in today’s market — they are critical.

    “TAHS” stands for Texas Affordable Housing Specialist and certifies that I have the knowledge to help first-time and underserved homebuyers with information about low-cost financing, assistance programs, and a host of other options to make housing more affordable and available to all buyers.
